What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for staffing and performance management across multiple locations
  • Foster team engagement and productivity, ensuring a supportive work environment for team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 10 years of retail or restaurant general management experience
  • Successful completion of the District Manager In Training (DMIT) Program
  • High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn additional programs as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 1-3 years of experience in a multi-unit management role within the convenience store or restaurant industry
  • Demonstrated team building and leadership capabilities
  • Experience in food service operations and safety standards
