Signarama of Danvers is offering a hands‑on, structured Spring 2026 internship designed for motivated students interested in marketing, graphic design, data analytics, communications, HR, and business operations. This is not a “coffee‑run” internship — interns are embedded into daily operations and work on real projects that directly impact the business. By the end of the program, interns leave with measurable results, a professional portfolio, and real‑world experience they can confidently showcase on a résumé or in interviews.
WhatYou’ll Do
Over the course of the 14‑week program, interns rotate through structured phases that combine training, observation, and execution:
- Design flyers, email campaigns, and social media content
- Develop and execute outreach and reactivation campaigns
- Participate in local marketing and business canvassing
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams
- Learn you’ll work closely with the Signarama team, receive weekly feedback, and gain firsthand exposure to how a small creative business operates across sales, marketing, production, and administration.
- CRM systems and customer data management
- Email marketing and outreach strategy
- Graphic design for real print and digital applications
- Project management — from customer intake to paid projects
- Professional communication and client interaction
- How creative and marketing decisions connect directly to revenue
- Layout and printing processes as well as how to assemble different types of signage
- Weeks 1–2:
Orientation & Foundations - Weeks 3–4:
Data Analytics & Database Cleanup - Weeks 5–7:
Outreach Program Development - Week 7:
Midterm Review - Weeks 8–10:
Marketing Execution & Canvassing - Weeks 11–13:
Independent Project & Cross‑Training - Week 14:
Final Presentation, Portfolio & Evaluation
A formal midterm review and final evaluation ensure continuous feedback and growth throughout the program.
