Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple verticals and channels. You will optimize the marketing funnel, leverage cutting-edge digital tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, excels in analytics, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative growth marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, technologies, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance analysis, and data-driven insights.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows and nurture programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI.
  • Improve the customer journey from initial awareness through engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
