Overview

Division: Early Intervention

Reports to: Division Director

Pay: $29/hour

Location: Liberty Tree Mall

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm

About The Role

Accurate data is the backbone of effective Early Intervention services—and you can be the person who keeps that foundation strong. We’re looking for a Data Quality and Compliance Coordinator who thrives on organization, precision, and ensuring that every detail meets state standards. In this role, you will process new referrals, manage client information changes, and safeguard data integrity within the Early Intervention Client System (EICS).

You’ll ensure full compliance with state reporting requirements and oversee timely, accurate data transmission to the Department of Public Health (DPH). Your commitment to accuracy, consistency, and compliance will directly support program operations, funding, and overall service quality for children and families.

What You'll Do
  • Referral & Information Management
    • Process Specialty Service Provider referrals
    • Manage change of information requests and update client records
  • EICS Data management
    • Screens forms for errors and ensures completeness
    • Manage data errors by contacting staff and submitting DPH tickets as necessary
    • Monitor EICS client extract for errors or missing forms and resolves issues
  • Data Quality & Compliance
    • Reviews and corrects DPH data quality reports to ensure compliance with state standards
    • Maintains confidentiality and accuracy of client data
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
  • 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare or human services division
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records (EHR)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
