. Our mission is to serve medically fragile pediatric and adult populations in cities and towns across Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk Counties.

We are seeking a nurse for Continuous Skilled Nursing care in Medway, MA, to support an 11 y/o female with gtube, tracheostomy, ventilator, and quadriplegic CP. Looking to fill Saturdays and Sundays 9:30a-5:30p;
Wed & Thurs 830a-430p to take pt. to school.

• Provide Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex patients, 1-on-1 with patients in homes, schools, or community settings, ensuring patients can stay at home and avoid hospitalization.
• Support a medically complex pediatric patient with gtube, tracheostomy, ventilator needs, and quadriplegic CP on the assigned schedule.

• We specialize in Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex patients, offering 1-on-1 care in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Diverse cases include feeding challenges, tracheostomies, ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management, and diabetic maintenance.

• RN: $57.68/$59.68/$61.68 per hour
• LPN: $41.50/$43.50/$45.50 per hour

• Licensure: valid MA RN/LPN license.
