Provide evidence‑based individual therapy and therapy interventions to individuals and families. Utilize CBT modalities targeting symptoms, DBT, PE, CR, EMDR, FST, TF‑CBT, CAMS, family therapies, integrated dual diagnosis treatment, self‑management plans, and other clinical interventions. Maintain billing and same‑day progress notes. Complete NOMS assessments, clinical assessments, and crisis and treatment plans. Assist with individual care, medications, psychiatric/medical crises and acuity. Ensure coordination of care by collaborating with relevant collaterals.
RequirementsMaster’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Occupational Therapy, or a closely related field. Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, or Licensed Psychologist).
