Eliot's Family-based Intensive Treatment (FIT) services will offer short term intensive treatment for higher acuity children, youth and families for whom more traditional outpatient services may not be effective or accessible. A FIT Team is composed of highly trained Clinicians, Care Managers and Family Partners, that will work closely with a family at least three times each week, including individual, caregiver and family sessions, skills coaching and care coordination support.

The FIT Team will be trained to deliver innovative and evidence-based clinical care anchored in Values Based Transdiagnostic treatment.

The ideal candidate for the Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Clinician is a dedicated and flexible clinician with strong experience in providing in-home, community-based therapeutic services to children and families with complex behavioral health needs. They are skilled in crisis intervention, safety planning, and evidence-based treatment approaches, and can effectively collaborate with diverse professionals and community partners to support positive outcomes for families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct in-home, therapeutic interventions including individual, caregiver/child, and family systems solution-focused treatment in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct a comprehensive clinical assessment of values, strengths and needs for the child/youth and the family system.
  • Take the lead in the development of a values-based treatment plan and comprehensive safety plan to include a crisis response and intervention plan. Review plans on a weekly basis and update/revise as needed.
  • Provide emergency response and intensive outreach to families in order to assist them in stabilizing children and adolescents within their home during a psychiatric crisis.
  • Deliver intensive family-focused evidence-based treatment interventions, Including but not limited to Eliot’s Values-based Transdiagnostic Treatment framework, CBT modalities targeting symptoms, DBT, PE, CR, EMDR, FST, TF-CBT, CAMS, family therapies, integrated dual diagnosis treatment, self-management plans, and other clinical interventions.
  • Participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external programs and providers to ensure efficient and effective use of all available components of a continuum of care.

Qualifications:

  • License eligible Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field, and/or independently licensed as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist
  • At least one (1) year of relevant community-based social service experience with children and families.
  • Able to provide in-home and community-based support to families experiencing acute behavioral health needs.
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase.

Schedule
:
Hours of program are 8am-8pm. 40 hours per week schedule to include some evening hours and participation in a rotation of weekend coverage and after hours on-call.

$75,000 - $80,000 USD
