Responsibilities
  • Facilitate efficient oversight of rehabilitation services in assigned account(s).
  • Assist in ensuring coordination of services, maintaining high customer relations standards, and informing referral sources.
  • Coordinate on the highest standard of rehabilitation services and collaborate with leadership for support.
  • Help therapy staff deliver rehab services in line with the plan of care, schedule, and timely documentation.
  • Provide direct patient care.
  • Maintain routine customer relations touch points to secure satisfaction and referral flow.
  • Make referrals to other disciplines/agencies to address patient needs.
  • Promote the highest standard of services through resource utilization, clinical program promotion, and staff development.
  • Coordinate Powerback rehabilitation personnel and consultants within facility or home‑care contracts.
  • Monitor evidence‑based care, adherence to delivery standards, and practice act compliance.
  • Ensure clinical management of the rehabilitation department—case management, quality improvement, care planning, clinical utilization, and patient identification—is overseen by a licensed therapist.
  • Assist therapy staff in identifying and removing treatment barriers and seek support for clinical education.
  • Coordinate daily staffing and utilization, considering clinical requirements and clinical director recommendations.
  • Monitor financial controls of revenue and expenses with the Clinical Operations Area Director.
  • Assist in meeting annual budget goals.
  • Support clinical orientation and ensure a quality orientation process for new staff.
  • Promote all Powerback Rehabilitation products and services when appropriate.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships and identifying new contracts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with facility management teams as a Powerback representative.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of eligibility.
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or a related field plus a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
  • Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience.
  • Foreign earned PT degree evaluated as U.S. equivalent if applicable.
  • Three years direct patient care experience and one year of management experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third‑party billing.

Posted Salary Range: USD $47.00 – $67.00 /hr.
