Job Title: Quality Engineering Co‑Op

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Quality Engineering Co‑Op to join our Innovation Excellence Quality team located in Danvers
.

• Further the organization’s culture of quality by leading gap assessments to identify potential compliance gaps within our risk documentation for commercialized product.
• Develop a Patient’s First and Quality Engineering mindset through exposure to patient stories and critical quality deliverables, including design controls, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEAs), and Risk Management Reports (RMRs).
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support successful integration of the Innovation Excellence Quality organization into the broader product lifecycle.

• Enrolled in an accredited College/University pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work full‑time from July – December 2026.
• Permanently authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1‑B) now or in the future.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and strong oral and written communication skills.

The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co‑Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in company‑sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co‑Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year;

for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co‑Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
