Bridgewell - Day Habilitation Services [Classroom Aide] As a Classroom Aide at Bridgewell, you'll:
Assist students with their daily activities and provide support in the classroom;
Monitor and supervise students to ensure their safety and well-being;
Collaborate with teachers to implement educational plans and strategies;
Assist in preparing instructional materials and maintaining a clean and organized learning environment;
Support students with special needs by providing individualized attention and assistance;
Document student progress and behavior, and communicate with parents and staff as necessary.
