Division: Early Intervention
Reports to: Division Director
Pay: $27/hour
Location: Liberty Tree Mall
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm

We’re seeking a highly organized Administrative Coordinator who’s ready to support our Early Intervention (EI) team and help ensure children and families receive seamless, high-quality services.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the operational efficiency of our Early Intervention (EI) program. You will help keep daily operations running smoothly by maintaining clear communication across teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and coordinating essential scheduling and documentation processes. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help streamline logistical workflows so that staff can stay focused on delivering high-quality services to children and families.
WhatYou'll Do
Office & Communication Management
- Manage incoming phone calls, incoming and out going faxes, and interoffice mail
- Confirm appointments and changes to clinician or supervisor
- Maintain office space and supplies
- Manage divisional email account and Constant Contact email list.
Documentation
- Upload required documents into electronic medical record system
- Maintain accurate records of Local Education Authority referral contact information
Scheduling
- Manage scheduling for annual and discharge evaluations
Travel & Transportation
- Process staff travel requests and reimbursements
- Coordinator transportation arrangements for program
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
- 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or human services
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
