Honda North, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc company, is looking for a Part‑time Receptionist/Cashier. The principal function of the Receptionist is to provide excellent customer service by answering/transferring phone calls, cashing out customers, and assisting management as requested.

Honda North, 1 North Pre‑Owned and KIA North in Danvers MA, Dover Honda & Dover Chevrolet in Dover NH, Porsche of Stratham, Audi of Stratham and Honda Stratham in Stratham NH and Portsmouth VW in Greenland, NH.

- Hours for this position is Tuesday-Thursday 3:30 to 6:00 pm
- Answer phone calls in a customer‑friendly manner and successfully route them as necessary
- Receive customer payments and close out Service Repair Order and Parts Invoices
- Receive customer deposits from the Sales and Finance departments
- Maintain a welcoming environment by keeping a neat and clean reception area
- Spreadsheet data entry and log keeping using Excel
- Handles special clerical and accounting projects as instructed by the Accounting Manager
- Support other administrative positions as requested
- Professional presentation and customer‑friendly attitude
- Exceptional communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintaining a positive, can‑do attitude
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements.
