AP Specialist

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a well-established organization in New Hampshire to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.

• Maintaining and managing all vendor files and records
• Entering and posting vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Processing weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Managing online banking entries, positive pay submissions, and exception handling
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
• Communicating with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely approvals and issue resolution

• Prior Accounts Payable experience required
• Experience working within an ERP system (Net Suite preferred but not required)
• Understanding of GAAP principles
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams

This is a part-time, on-site, open-ended contract opportunity with strong potential for permanent hire and increased hours, offering $25–28/hr.
