We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and is excited to play a key role in joining a high-performing accounting function.
Responsibilities- Own the month-end and year-end close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Operations, People, Legal) to ensure accurate expense reporting and coding
- Support audit readiness by maintaining organized documentation and assisting with audit requests
- Help drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and accounting system enhancements (e.g., Net Suite, Quick Books, SAP)
- Assist with tax filings, compliance reporting, and regulatory filings as needed
- Contribute to the development of accounting policies, controls, and scalable processes for a growing company
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CPA track preferred
- 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or in-house corporate accounting experience highly valued)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting best practices
- Tech-savvy mindset with experience in accounting systems (e.g., Net Suite, Quick Books, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
- Experience in a high-growth tech or manufacturing environment
- Prior exposure to large scale month-end close, General Ledger oversight and/or multi-entity consolidations
