Financial Planning Manager

Job Description

Currently looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for a firm in Dania Beach, FL.

Qualifications
- * 7+ years in FP&A or corporate finance (construction/mechanical preferred - Open to Manufacturing/Production)

* Bachelors in finance/accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred

* Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience

* Software: ERP systems (Coins) and BI tools (Power BI) Datarails, One Stream, Six sigma/ Lean Candidate must be able to:

* Personally build and own a 3-statement financial forecast

* Understand job costing & percentage-of-completion accounting

* Tie operational KPIs (labor utilization, backlog, productivity, pricing) to margin outcomes

* Think in terms of financial drivers, not just historical variance reporting

* Translate field performance into cash flow impact

* Operate effectively in a blue-collar, fast-moving environment

* Bring structure without needing structure

NOTE - Construction background is not required as most FP&A is a transferable skillset.
