Are you a Principal Software Engineer, with extensive experience in C++ and mechatronics, looking for a hands‑on development role offering progression to management and the chance to recognized as a technical expert?

This is an exciting opportunity to sharpen your technical skillset while taking ownership of projects from concept to completion. You will work on the design and delivery of advanced control and automation software for sophisticated, high‑precision industrial systems, with clear scope to influence technical direction and drive future product development.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of real‑time control software for high‑precision industrial systems. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, architect solutions, and integrate hardware and software. You’ll oversee system testing, resolve technical challenges, and drive critical projects to completion. This role combines deep C++ and mechatronics expertise with leadership to shape current products and future innovation.
