Account Executive, SMB Sales - Southern CT - Haven, Bridgeport, Stamford

• Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer’s value
• Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership
• Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
• Outside B2B sales experience
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment requiring multitasking
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

• Experience in negotiating and closing deals effectively
• Familiarity with sales force automation tools
• Proven track record of delivering superior customer service
• Experience in a commissioned sales environment
