Home Well, a nationally recognized non-medical home care agency, is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about improving the lives of seniors and have a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and senior centers.
- Achieve monthly sales goals by actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face visits with referral sources to showcase the value of Home Well's services.
- Collaborate with management to devise effective marketing strategies.
- Attend networking events to expand our reach within the community.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare sales or marketing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
