You understand each customer’s needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with the right products and services. • We begin each day energized, wearing our name badge with pride, greeting teammates warmly, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
• On the floor, you focus on the customer—offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to build relationships.
• You maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
• You finish strong—sharing our Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have everything they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name.
• You support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and communities.
• You strive to improve every day, take pride in your work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to:
  • Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
  • Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Be resourceful and eager to start a new venture, adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and thrive in team dynamics.
• Handle electronic devices with ease.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching above eye level.
• Requires close vision, colour vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, to process transactions.
