Assistant Store Manager – Danbury Fair Mall (Aeropostale) Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in building a high‑performing team thataggable delivers an amazing customer experience. You will share responsibility for executing all store operations, maintaining a visually appealing environment, and creating a positive culture that engages managers, associates, and customers daily. Your energy and enthusiasm will help sustain a winning team atmosphere.

- At least 2 years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a volume‑driven apparel environment (preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
- Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
- Open to occasional travel to other store locations if required.
