The Good Feet Store is a specialty retail store focused on improving the quality of life of our clients by selling Arch Support systems and products tailored to our clients’ individual needs. Our Store Managers not only play an impactful role in assessing our clients’ needs, educating clients on the benefits of proper arch support, and recommending suitable products, but also in developing and leading a team to do the same.

- Competitive Compensation:
Annual base salary $70,000‑$80,000 plus monthly store bonus based on store performance (total compensation between $80,000‑$92,000). - Internal Growth Opportunities:

- Analyze daily data and metrics to make business decisions that drive sales.
- Educate customers on the benefits of proper arch support and recommend suitable products.
- Assist customers in trying out different products to ensure the perfect fit.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Oversee all operations of the store, including inventory and managing client rotation.
- 3+ years of experience as a retail store manager, with success increasing sales and meeting or exceeding goals.
- Enjoy being an active part of the sales rotation with the team.
- Foster and support a culture built around a diligent, empathetic approach to solving people’s problems.
- Lead by example and be actively involved with the team.
- Believe in, and hold the team accountable to, our Core Values, products, policies, and ability to change peoples’ lives.
- Possess excellent verbal & written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expert time management skills, able to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time‑sensitive tasks.
- Basic computer and operating systems skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, POS, etc.).
- Ability to work a fluctuating schedule, including days, evenings, weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and some holidays. Store hours:
Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm;
Sunday, 10am–6pm.
