• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the boutique point‑of‑sale system.
• Embrace product knowledge, current trends, and boutique promotions to inspire the guest.
• Assist to maintain a visually inspiring boutique including recovery and replenishment of product.
• Partner with the leadership team to execute company direction and complete tasks while prioritizing our guest.

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment.
• Contribute to a positive and fun professional work environment.

• Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
