Kamco Supply Corp of New England is looking for a Full-Time Laborer who is hardworking, reliable, and motivated to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, loading, unloading, and delivering materials to job sites and businesses.

Kamco Supply is a 2nd generation owned company that started 35 years ago in 1 location in Connecticut. It has grown to 9 branches from Buffalo, NY, to Cranston, RI, with a current fleet of 75 trucks, including 35 boom trucks and 3 eight-story booms, and over 500,000 sq ft of warehouse/showroom space.

• Ability to repeatedly move or lift construction materials
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and convey directions
• Communicate job site issues (e.g., unsafe loading conditions) with the office or customers
• Assist forklift operators during truck loading
• Wait on customers during material pickup and loading for the next delivery
• Record returned materials and assist in unloading for credit
• Maintain good housekeeping in trucks, yard, warehouse, and office
• Assist fellow employees on deliveries as needed
• Secure loads by checking, tarping, or covering due to weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Comply with Kamco Employee Handbook and Safety Policies
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance; reliability is essential for job security

• Highly motivated with attention to detail
• Ability to work in various weather and environmental conditions; physical demands include walking, climbing, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting/carrying up to 150 lbs with a team member
• Reliable transportation
