Expeditor, Manufacturing ​/ Production

AB Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented Expeditor to support our Purchasing and Program Management team in a dynamic, multi-program electronics manufacturing environment.

Location:

On-Site | Danbury, CT

• Review material requirements and MRP exception messages in Infor Syteline.
• Track open purchase orders and confirm vendor delivery commitments.
• Proactively follow up on late or at-risk materials.
• Update ERP records to ensure accurate promise dates and material status.
• Provide regular material status updates to Program Managers.

• 1-3 years of experience in expediting, purchasing support, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience working in an ERP/MRP system (Infor Syteline experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronics or contract manufacturing is a plus.
