Position: Produce Team Leader (Department Manager)
Whole Foods Market -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership to the Produce team and manage daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance and special projects.;
Hold ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.;
Build a positive work environment with outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and high morale; conduct hiring, development, and separations as needed.;
Monitor and achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets; maintain proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control.;
Establish collaborative relationships with department leaders and vendors; ensure top-level retail execution and customer satisfaction.
