As part of a cross‑functional team focused on complex problem solving, you will be integral to identifying solutions to transform day‑to‑day operations. As a key member of the IT Portfolio and Project Management Office (PMO), you will direct and coordinate the utilization of cross‑functional project resources to reach targets, while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and scope. You will be collaborating with key business stakeholders to understand and document current processes, utilize systems thinking to identify areas of improvement and champion new processes that increase quality, productivity, and efficiency.

You are process oriented and analytical, but comfortable with ambiguity due to the ever‑changing environment. You should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills as well as adept problem‑solving ability.
