All City Management Services (ACMS) is seeking a motivated Team Lead to support and guide our leadership teams across the Northeast region. This field-based role plays a key part in ensuring safe, compliant, and well-supported School Crossing Guard programs while serving as a trusted leader in the community.

• Field-based leadership role reporting to an assigned manager
• Coordinate schedules and daily operations for assigned Area and Lead Supervisors
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Conduct field observations and ensure timely, accurate Site Performance Evaluations
• Hire, train, and support the professional development of Area Supervisors
• Serve as a liaison with school and/or city officials when requested
• Maintain inventory control and storage of field equipment and supplies
• Attend all required staff meetings

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and capable of managing an assigned area
• Reliable transportation with active automobile insurance
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 20 lbs
• Applicants must live within the states mentioned above
• Must successfully complete fingerprinting and/or drug/alcohol screening and maintain a record free of serious offenses
• 2–3 years or more of supervisory experience

• Off-the-clock work is not required or permitted; prior approval is required for hours beyond budgeted limits
• Company‑issued devices must be used for timekeeping, mileage tracking, and work‑related duties only
• Employees are responsible for tracking work hours and complying with legal rest and meal period requirements
• Company‑issued devices must remain off outside scheduled work hours

• $26.00 per hour
• Full‑Time, 8 hours per day. Seasonal position based on the school year calendar
• Eligible for annual bonus
• Automobile mileage reimbursement provided using the company tracking system

This is a seasonal position aligned with school schedules. School holidays, weather closures, non‑student days, and summer break are considered off‑season. Job duties may be modified as operational needs require.
