About Risk Exec
Risk Exec is a rapidly growing SaaS company that delivers a best-in-class compliance analytics and reporting platform to help financial institutions and lenders comply with key government regulations and unlock new growth opportunities.
Working at Risk ExecAt Risk Exec, we’re building a world class Compliance and Business Intelligence Platform trusted by regulated financial institutions including banks, credit unions, and fintech lenders. We help our clients confidently navigate complex regulatory requirements while achieving business growth. Our high-performing team thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires maximum professionalism, flexibility, and responsiveness. We value driven individuals who embrace ownership and accountability, excel at collaborating closely with teammates, and dedicate themselves fully to delivering exceptional outcomes.
As an entrepreneurial organization, the demands of our business don’t always fit into a “traditional 9-5” schedule.
Our customers are demanding deeper Fair Lending/Fair Servicing/Redlining capability, faster time-to-insight, and audit-ready outputs—and we must ship product that wins in the market while reducing delivery friction across onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
You will be the accountable product leader for this product suite. You will set direction, convert customer/regulatory reality into shipped capability, and drive measurable outcomes: adoption, retention, expansion, and margin improvement.
We are prioritizing candidates in the Washington, DC, Chicago, and Knoxville areas. We will consider candidates based in the United States (remote) ET and CT time zones.
What You Will DoYou own results for the assigned product suite—end-to-end.

Explicit boundaries: You are accountable for what we build and why it wins. Engineering owns how it’s built. You will collaborate with the devops team to “support” delivery—you drive outcomes and hold partners to commitments.
How You Will Drive ImpactThis is a high-output operator role. You will run a rigorous product cadence and ship.
- Weekly product execution review with Engineering: scope lock, risks, dependencies, release readiness.
- Bi-weekly customer discovery and validation: live workflow observation, win/loss signals, and adoption friction audits.
- Monthly suite business review: adoption, retention risk, roadmap progress, services load, and revenue impact.
- Quarterly strategy refresh: market shifts, regulatory changes, competitive moves, and portfolio reallocation.
Decision-making authority
- Final call with management input on priority order, MVP definitions, and what we stop doing.
- Escalation owner for conflicts between customer urgency, technical constraints, and commercial pressure.
- Authority to redirect roadmap with management input based on evidence (usage data, renewal risk, regulatory shifts).
What you’ll measure (and be measured by)
- Roadmap throughput and predictability: cycle time, release hit rate, shipped/quarter.
- Adoption: active usage, workflow completion, feature engagement of shipped capabilities.
- Retention/expansion impact: renewal health, churn risk reduction, attach/cross-sell contribution.
