- Be a key member of the Benefit Services team in the U.S. Benefit Services department, supporting employees and retirees with various benefits and HR-related inquiries
- Analyze employee information to determine benefits eligibility and enrollment data
- Engage with employees by helping to manage the 1-800 phone line, email mailbox and live chat
- Analyze HRIS data to determine the best approach to complex employee situations
- Collaborate with employees, HR management and various corporate functions to research and resolve employee issues
- Create and distribute benefits packages to newly hired employees and assist with enrollment questions, guiding employees through complex decisions
- Help manage multiple Open Enrollment periods throughout the year for employees and retirees
- Manage employee programs, such as education and wellness reimbursements, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in employee benefits and HR-related company policies
- Work on special projects as assigned

- Help manage multiple Open Enrollment periods throughout the year for employees and retirees
- Manage employee programs, such as education and wellness reimbursements, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in employee benefits and HR-related company policies
- Work on special projects as assigned
- You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field and have at least one (1) year of prior experience in Human Resources, HRIS or complex customer service roles
- You are data-savvy, have Excel skills, and enjoy investigating problems to find creative solutions
- You are comfortable working with professionals at all levels of the company to research HR issues and propose solutions
- You can learn and explain complicated benefits design concepts and rules
- You have excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills; you are process-oriented and driven to improve
- You communicate with sensitivity, compassion and discretion while resolving employee issues
- You are passionate about helping people with strong phone and customer service skills and have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- You are a true team player and are willing to step forward to get the job done

Salary range: $55,000-$62,000.
