Overview
Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders primarily in a clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings. This role includes supervision of a team of behavior technicians and collaboration with families to support training and engagement.
Responsibilities- Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with ASD and related neurodevelopmental disorders in clinic-based settings, with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings.
- Provide supervision to a team of behavior technicians.
- Provide and facilitate family support and training.
- Supervise RBT and BTs.
- Conduct case review and document supervision sessions.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Documentation of supervision sessions.
- Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a board-certified behavior analyst in good standing.
Hours:
Full-time, 35-40 hours per week. Compensation: $80.00 per hour.
