Physical Therapist (Full‑Time)

2 Riverview Drive, Danbury, CT (Fairfield County; outpatient clinic)

Job Type: Full‑time (Mon‑Fri; 40 hours per week) with availability required for Mon and Wed evening shifts.

Salary: $84,000 – $111,000 per year (commensurate with experience).

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions—including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities—to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Connecticut.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience as a licensed PT in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Open to new graduates with extensive orthopedic outpatient experience gained during clinical fieldwork.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment.
