We are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants to provide support and companionship in clients’ homes. You will assist with personal care, household tasks, and social interaction, helping enhance your clients’ quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Routine Support: Assist with "Activities of Daily Living" (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene.
- Meal Support: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Provide medication reminders as directed.
- Home Management: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a tidy environment.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, if necessary.
- Community Access: Provide transportation for grocery shopping, errands, and medical appointments and social outings.
- Social Engagement: Offer meaningful companionship, engaging clients in conversation, reading, recreational activities.
- Safety: Monitor the home environment for fall risks and assist with safe transfers (e.g., from bed to chair).
- Observe and report any changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervising nurse or office staff.
- Tailored Care Plans: Follow individualized care plans accurately and efficiently.
- Compassion: A genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliability and Professional Conduct: A strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High School Diploma, G.E.D. preferred, or any other relevant certificates.
