Danbury Hospital, a 456-bed acute care hospital, has been providing award‑winning, personalized patient care to the people of Western Connecticut for 140 years. Summary:Heart & Vascular Institute-East, inclusive of ambulatory services and medical practices within Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Cardiac Surgery. This position reports to the Vice President, Heart & Vascular Institute of Nuvance Health. The responsible individual is expected to demonstrate and promote our mission, values, and service excellence behaviors, creating and maintaining a culture that embraces and successfully achieves exceptional outcomes in patient safety and quality, patient experience, physician and staff engagement and financial stewardship.
Responsibilities:- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary clinical and operations teams within a healthcare setting.
- Medical practice leadership with cardiovascular experience preferred.
Salary Range: $59.84 - $111.12 Hourly, commensurate with experience
