Practical Skills Clinic is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst! We offer clinic and school-based services (no in-home) in the Danbury, CT area and are looking for a BCBA who shares our values.

PSC specializes in Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment and will provide training to experienced, motivated BCBAs interested in compassionate, evidence-based services and team collaboration.

We offer small caseloads and promote a healthy work/life balance. Our approach emphasizes client and staff interests, fostering an environment where new team members can acclimate, grow, and maintain service integrity.

No nights or weekends are required.

Job requirements:

• current BCBA certification and CT licensure
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field
• experience with assessments, treatment planning, report writing, and supervision
• ability to build respectful relationships with staff, parents, and clients
• mobility and communication skills
• adequate visual acuity for reading and observation
