International Tax Manager

A rapidly growing, global client of ours is seeking an International Tax Manager to join their advanced in house team. This firm is a financial services organization known for its technology-driven platform and strong commitment to a well balanced work environment. The ideal candidate brings at least 7 years of relevant international tax experience and demonstrates strong work ethic.

• Prepare and review U.S. federal international tax, including GILTI, Subpart F, FTC, and BEAT.
• Support local income tax compliance for non-U.S. subsidiaries.
• Prepare and review international tax forms and disclosures (Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 1118, etc.)
• Work with tax provision teams on ASC 740 reporting and assist with Pillar Two analysis.
• Collaborate with transfer pricing and other finance teams across the organization.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cross-team collaboration.
• 3 days in office.

• 7+ years of international tax experience.
• Mix of big four/public accounting and in house experience is a bonus.
• CPA or MST preferred.
• Advanced Excel and compliance software skills strongly preferred.
• Demonstrates strong multitasking skills & works well in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
