• MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA and CT State Controlled Substance Registration
• Successful completion of Internal or Family Medicine Residency but the practice sees adults only
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• After‑hour coverage – light call volume to physician, shared among multiple providers to decrease call frequency, phone‑calls only (after nurse triages first line)

Salary range: $275,000 - $285,000 annually commensurate or relative to experience.
