What you will enjoy doing
  • Gain hands‑on experience in sustainability reporting, ESG data management, regulatory frameworks, and internal processes used to prepare external sustainability disclosures.
  • Assist in preparing sustainability disclosures, including ESG metrics, data validation, and stakeholder questionnaires such as S&P Global CSA and Eco Vadis.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to collect and validate supporting data.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of sustainability data.
  • Support ESG regulatory tracking, benchmarking, and peer analysis.
  • Conduct sustainability research and data analysis.
  • Communicate progress, identify risks, and support timeline management.
  • Participate in team meetings and decision‑making.
What Makes You Great
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability or ESG reporting.
  • Positive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, as well as effective collaboration across functions and locations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication are required in this role.
  • Interest or experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

This is an on‑site internship working out of our Danbury, CT Headquarters 5 days/wk, Full‑time for 10 weeks May‑Aug.
