Westbrook Toyota is hiring an experienced Used Car Manager / Buyer to lead our pre‑owned operation. This role is ideal for a process‑driven automotive professional who can source inventory, work directly with customers, and lead by example while developing a high‑performing sales team.

• Source and acquire used vehicles through trades, direct purchases, auctions, and internal prospecting.
• Appraise vehicles accurately and competitively.
• Manage pricing, merchandising, and inventory turn.
• Work with customers on appraisals, purchases, and deal structuring.
• Train, mentor, and hold sales staff accountable to dealership processes.
• Utilize DMS and CRM systems to prospect for trade, equity, and purchase opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and F&I to maximize profitability and compliance.
• Demonstrate leadership through professionalism, customer engagement, and accountability.

• Prior experience as a Used Car Manager and Buyer.
• Strong appraisal and inventory management skills.
• Finance & Insurance experience is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to deliver vehicles when needed.
• Process-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customers.
• Working knowledge of dealership DMS, CRM, and lead management platforms.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and lead sales professionals.
