The award‑winning Forbes 4‑Star and AAA 5‑Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is looking for a Seasonal Server to join the Club 19 team. Located in Dana Point adjacent to Laguna Beach, the resort sits on 175 acres atop a 150‑foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms, 115,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, and 8 dining outlets.
Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour, based on experience and location.
What will I be doing?- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in the point‑of‑sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
- Keep the serving station well‑stocked at all times
