The award-winning AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is looking for a Room Attendant (Part-Time) to join the Housekeeping team!

Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach, this town is known for its laid-back vibe and active lifestyle.

The resort spans 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff, with over 400 rooms, 115,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 8 food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and IRD.

• Classification: Part-Time
• Shift: AM - must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays (2-4 shifts a week)
• Pay Range: Starting at $21.50/hour, with potential to earn $24.50/hour as a Self-Inspector, based on experience and location

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests, ensuring outstanding service and profitability.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Changing and replenishing linens, towels, and amenities
• Performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Maintaining and transporting housekeeping supplies
• Disposing of trash and recyclables
• Responding promptly to guest requests
• Performing guest turn-down service as needed
