Banquet Set-Up Attendant; Part Time – Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort and Club

The award‑winning AAA 5‑Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is looking for a Banquet Set‑Up Attendant to join the team! Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point adjacent to Laguna Beach, this town played an iconic role in the emergence of California’s surf culture and today is celebrated for its laid‑back vibe and fun, active lifestyle. The resort is perched on 175 acres atop a 150‑foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms, 115,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, and eight food and beverage outlets, including four restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and IRD.

• Pay: $16.90/Hour

As a Banquet Set‑Up Attendant, you would be responsible for setting and cleaning banquet facilities for functions in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set tables and chairs to meet function specifications.
• Clean meeting space, including washing meeting room walls at the beginning of events.
• Clean meeting space, including, but not limited to, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, wiping areas and washing walls before and after events.
