Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our team in Dana Point. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone looking to build a long-term career in wealth management.
Our firm has ambitious growth plans over the next 5–10 years, and this role offers meaningful exposure to advisors, operations, and leadership. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, Director of Financial Planning, and President while playing a key role in delivering a high-touch client experience.
A good sense of humor is a plus — we work hard, but enjoy the process and don’t take ourselves too seriously! We want to grow, but intentionally, with the right types of clients and company culture!
Key Responsibilities- Support client service and operational needs across the firm
- Enter and maintain accurate client data in Right Capital or other financial planning tools
, as well as Salesforce - Prepare, complete, and submit account applications and service-related paperwork
- Schedule client meetings and Zoom calls; manage calendars and coordination
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately alongside Operations Manager
- Download, organize, and maintain client documents and records
- Assist with mass emails and email campaigns
- Maintain internal compliance logs and tracking records
- Collaborate closely with advisors and operations to ensure paperwork accuracy and efficiency
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation and data entry
- Timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork across departments
- Growing independence and responsibility over time
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred, but not required
- Experience in wealth management is a plus
, but backgrounds in related industries such as banking, lending, or financial operations are also valuable - Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good sense of humor (see, it's mentioned a lot!) and ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with Charles Schwab

, or other financial planning software is a plus and may be reflected in compensation, but not required. - Salary: $70,000+ annually
