Civil Engineer

• Collaborate with project managers to develop engineering designs for various land development projects.
• Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Assist in conducting studies and generating reports to support project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

• Bachelors Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in land development.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Carlson/Civil3D/AutoCAD preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach problem-solving and project execution.
