New opportunity for a long-term home in a growing Real Estate Company, our client is looking for direct hire AP Specialist in South Orange County. This role is onsite 3 days a week and remote 2 days from home. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $55,000 to $62,500 per year.

Skill & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or related field
  • Highly preferred Real Estate/Property Manager AP experience!
  • Proficient in Full Cycle AP processing
  • 2-4 years' experience accounts payable experience.
  • Working knowledge of pivot tables and other advanced MS-Excel functions.
