We’re looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Executive to join our Saudi operations in Dammam
. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Commercial Manager to manage Gulf trade exports, backhaul shipments, freight pricing, and vessel space optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pricing for outbound services through calls and emails.
  • Ensure RFAs/PMTs are accurately filed in line with agreed terms.
  • Review customer requests for freetime and other commercial considerations.
  • Investigate and validate FCAs.
Vessel Space Management
  • Monitor and optimize space allocation on assigned vessels and feeder services to ensure maximum utilization.
  • Track performance on space usage within the agency.
  • Coordinate on service changes, new services, and vessel omissions.
  • Prepare weekly space utilization reports for designated services.
  • Generate weekly CFMT reports.
  • Create PRD and Ocean/Feeder links.
  • Review and assign freight differences for COD requests.
  • Assist with quotations for tender accounts.
  • Liaise with DG Desk to confirm Non-DG status of commodities.
  • Resolve LMS-related issues within the agency.
MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial shipping or trade operations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
