AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions. This role blends hands‑on engineering, modern AI development, and strong customer collaboration.

• Work closely with customer teams to understand goals and shape high‑value AI use cases.
• Design and deploy end‑to‑end AI solutions including agentic AI, Generative AI, and predictive ML.
• Build AI agents using frameworks like Lang Graph, CrewAI, or Llama Index.
• Act as a technical expert, guiding clients on AI best practices, MLOps, governance, and scaling.
• Communicate complex technical outcomes clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong Python skills using libraries such as pandas, Num Py, scikit‑learn, etc.
• Practical experience with LLMs, Generative AI workflows, and vector databases.
• Solid understanding of agentic AI development and lifecycle management.
• Experience designing predictive models for real business use cases.
• Ability to build scalable, high‑performance AI pipelines.

• Experience building REST APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Strong skills in containerization with Docker and deployment on Kubernetes.
• Understanding of secure coding practices, authentication, and secrets management.
• Ability to deploy ML and GenAI solutions into production environments.
• Comfortable leading technical discussions with customers in a consulting setup.

• Experience in client‑facing roles with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to present technical concepts to executives, business teams, and engineers.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to manage complex challenges.
• Passion for exploring new technologies and improving AI solution quality.
• Ability to work across diverse industries and business needs.

• 6–8 years of hands‑on experience in AI engineering, ML engineering, or software development.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Engineering, or similar.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts like CI/CD, monitoring, and model governance.
• Experience deploying AI or ML applications into production environments.

6–8 years of hands‑on experience in AI engineering, ML engineering, or software development.

Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
