- Identify and develop new customers for wooden pallets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer operational requirements and pallet specifications.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
- Follow up on inquiries, purchase orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding pallet specifications and load capacity.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
