Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – EPC & CONSTRUCTION

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring results-driven EPC sales professionals under a performance-first model.

The role starts on a commission-based structure and transitions to a fixed salary + commission upon meeting defined sales milestones.

This position is ideal for closers with strong Saudi market networks who want uncapped earning potential and long-term leadership growth.

PHASE 1: COMMISSION-BASED ENGAGEMENT (0–3 / 6 MONTHS)
  • Engagement Type:
    Commission-only (no fixed salary initially)
  • Formal contract/consultancy agreement
  • Full sales authority & company branding support
  • Commission Structure: 1.5% – 2% of net contract value collected
  • Higher commission for:
    • Repeat clients
    • Framework agreements
    • High-margin projects

Example:

Phase 1 Targets (MANDATORY)

To qualify for the fixed salary transition, the candidate must:

  • Build a pipeline of minimum SAR 100M
  • Close at least SAR 30–50M in signed contracts
  • Achieve a minimum project margin of 15%
PHASE 2: FIXED SALARY + COMMISSION (POST QUALIFICATION)
  • Eligibility Trigger (ANY ONE):
    • SAR 50M+ closed business within 3–6 months
    • Strategic framework agreement secured
    • Consistent monthly pipeline performance

Compensation (Phase
2)

  • Fixed Salary: SAR 12,000 – 20,000 / month (based on performance)
  • Ongoing Commission: 1% – 1.25% on closed contract value
  • Annual performance bonus linked to revenue & margin
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (BOTH PHASES)
  • Identify and pursue EPC, civil, solar, and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia
  • Develop and manage a minimum 3× sales pipeline
  • Lead client meetings, negotiations, and bid strategy
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and contracts teams
  • Close profitable contracts aligned with company margin policies
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business
PROVEN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • EPC / construction business development experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Proven record of closing projects with value.
  • Strong network with clients, consultants, and PMCs
  • Hands‑on experience in EPC tenders and negotiations
PERFORMANCE METRICS
  • Contracts closed (value & margin)
  • Pipeline quality and conversion rate
  • Repeat client acquisition
