- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.

- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding pallet specifications and load capacity.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
