Counter Salesman

Dammam, Saudi Arabia

We are a growing filtration company specializing in air, oil, fuel, hydraulic, and industrial filters for automotive and heavy-duty applications. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

• Receive and handle customer inquiries (walk-in, phone, and Whats App).
• Identify customer requirements and cross-reference OEM or competitor part numbers with our in-house filter brands.
• Ensure customers are supplied with the correct filters based on application and specifications.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and inquiry records accurately.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain proper documentation and customer records using Microsoft Office.

• Strong willingness to learn on the job and develop product knowledge in filtration systems.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand and match part numbers accurately.
• Basic computer skills;
  Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus

• Attention to detail and a responsible, customer-focused attitude.

Experience in filters or auto spare parts is an advantage, but a strong learning mindset is essential.
